Tenants please note, your Landlord / Rental Manager is obligated to undertake the following:

  • provide you with a copy of the bylaws of River Grande Estates and have you sign a Tenant Undertaking
  • submit the names and contact numbers of all adult tenants renting the unit
  • submit any forms to facilitate your move-in such as Elevator Booking, Intercom Update and Pet Application
  • submit a security deposit to be held by the Condo Corporation for as long as the unit is rented or available for rental

All requests for service to our Property Manager (Magnum York), Building Superintendent (MADEK Enterprises) or the Board of Directors must be made by the Landlord or Rental Manager. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate formal requests for service from Tenants – with the exception of emergencies.

Short term rentals (e.g. Airbnb & similar) are permitted ONLY if the OWNER is resident and present in the suite. This means that NO whole-suite short term rentals are permitted. Tenants SHALL NOT make their rented suite available, in whole or in part, for short term rental. Violations of this bylaw will result in severe penalties for the tenant and owner.
